Delete a playbook
DELETE/v1/projects/:project_id/playbooks/:playbook_id
Deletes a playbook and its version archive. A playbook with cases is refused with 409 PLAYBOOK_HAS_CASES, and one another playbook's current definition declares as an upstream with 409 PLAYBOOK_HAS_DEPENDENTS.
