# Two prices, on two axes

You pay for what an account can reach, and separately for the managed models it runs. Bring your own model credential and the second price is your vendor's.

1. **The plan.** A monthly subscription sets what an account can reach: runs, projects, channels, retention and features.
2. **Model credit.** A prepaid balance pays for the managed models it uses. On your own credential, your vendor bills the tokens.

One run is one agent generation or one tool call, whether it came from your code, a channel message, a workflow or an orchestration. Billed on the calendar month, prorated on signup.

Pay annually and two months are free: $490 for Pro, $2,490 for Business.

## Model credits

Managed models are paid from a prepaid balance in USD. On your own provider credential, your vendor bills the tokens and nothing is debited here.

- Top up from $5 by card; the balance reads the full amount you paid — the card fee is ours.
- Included credit is spent first and expires at month end; credit you bought never expires.
- Any account can top up, Free included. A generation that crosses the balance is served; new managed generations wait once it is negative.
- Embeddings draw on credit on every plan.

## Frequently asked

### What counts as a run?

One agent generation or one tool call. A channel reply, a generations call, a workflow step or an orchestration node each count once, and every tool call once more, so a reply that calls three tools is four runs. Tools your own code runs, embeddings, knowledge searches and reads do not count.

### Do I pay per user?

No. Members are free and unlimited on every plan, with three roles: owner, admin and member. A member adds no run, channel or byte, so a team costs what one person costs.

### Do I need a paid plan to run evals?

No. Evals are on every plan, including Free. A run's items count against your monthly runs, and its managed tokens against your balance.

### Do I need a plan to use managed models?

No. Credit is separate from the plan: a Free account can top up and generate on the managed catalog. Pro and Business include some credit every month.

### What happens when I bring my own model credential?

Your vendor bills the tokens and naturali bills the plan. Nothing is debited from your balance for a generation on your own credential.

### What happens if I go over my plan?

On Free, runs beyond the allowance are refused until the month turns or you upgrade. On Pro and Business they are billed at the overage rate. Projects, channels, triggers and storage are refused at the limit, never billed.

### What happens when I downgrade?

At the end of the month you paid for, and nothing you built is deleted. Past a new limit you cannot add more; channels over the allowance are disabled oldest first unless you pick which beforehand; trace content older than the new retention window is erased.

### Is the balance refundable?

Purchased credit is service credit in USD, non-refundable and non-expiring. Included credit expires at the end of its month.
