A default, then routes
Every channel has a default action: an agent, a fixed message or silence. A route table answers differently by surface and condition, and an address can override both for one number.

Each conversation maps to a session, so the agent keeps context across messages without you storing any of it.

Disable without losing it
A disabled channel stops routing and frees allowance while keeping its configuration, ready to turn back on.
