Model credits
The second axis
Managed models are paid from a prepaid balance in USD. Top up any amount and the balance reads the full amount you paid — the card fee is ours. Credit included with a plan is spent first and expires at the end of the month; credit you bought never expires. Only managed generations draw on it: a generation on your own provider credential is billed by your vendor and never here.
- Any account can top up and use managed models — Free means a $0 plan, not no models.
- Spend is metered at cost with a small multiplier that only recovers the payment fee.
- A generation that crosses the balance is served and settled on the next top-up; new managed generations wait once the balance is negative.
- Embeddings are on us, on every plan, including on your own credential.

Frequently asked
- What counts as a run?
- One agent generation. A message answered on WhatsApp, a call to the generations endpoint, a workflow step or an orchestration node that generates each count once. Embeddings, knowledge searches and reads do not.
- Do I need a plan to use managed models?
- No. Managed models are paid from your credit balance, which is separate from the plan. A Free account can top up and generate on the managed catalog; a Pro or Business plan simply includes some credit every month.
- What happens when I bring my own model credential?
- Your vendor bills the tokens and naturali bills the plan. Nothing is debited from your balance for a generation on your own credential.
- What happens if I go over my plan?
- Runs beyond the allowance are billed at the overage rate. Counts — projects, channels, triggers, storage — are refused at the limit rather than billed, so nothing is created that the plan does not include.
- What happens when I downgrade?
- Resources over the new limit become read-only and are never deleted. Channels over the limit are disabled, and you choose which ones stay active. A shorter retention window takes effect at the end of the month you paid for.
- Is the balance refundable?
- Credit is service credit, denominated in USD, non-refundable and non-expiring once purchased. Included credit expires at the end of the month it was granted in.
